Thank you to Samit Biswas, Advatech who helped transport my Aunt from a residential home to a nursing home. She is very frail, and was very anxious about being moved. As she is bed bound she needed stretcher transport. The private ambulance was easy to arrange and they turned up on time and made the journey for as stress free as possible; can't fault the service received. Thank you so much.
Excellent and quick service, very helpful ambiance drivers. The stretcher was a bit small for my rather big husband but the drivers did their best to make him very comfortable. I will use them again.
I recently used Care Safe Mobility as I had a dentist appointment to go to. I knew there would be some anesthetic used so to save having to order black cabs which I normally use, I thought I'd go for a service that offered pre booked transport for wheelchair users. The service was great, just what I needed, without all the unnecessary costly extras such as a paramedic etc. The driver Neil was very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be using them again when needed!
The ambulance arrived on time. The crew were polite and professional. They assisted my husband into the wheelchair making sure he was safe at all times. They then helped at the destination and made sure nothing else was required before they left. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
Booking was easy - over the phone. Paid by bank transfer (there’s an extra charge for debit/credit card payments). Private ambulance arrived on time and staff were friendly, caring and professional. Brilliant service This service is brilliant. Always on time and mum felt so safe with their driver.
